Ingredients: 50 g gelatin
                     5 decilitra milk
                    160 g honey
                     blackberries
                     nuts
                     4 egg yolks

160 g honey Preheat the fire until it becomes a liquid measure. Later in the pot where milk and honey join the 4 egg yolks beaten.

Let the fire for a few minutes, then remove and add gel, which previously must have softened in water. Throw extent Puddings created in a form and then put me in the fridge. Leave it to cool for 5-6 hours.

Once formed, remove from refrigerator, overturned in a container and cast over honey, berries and nuts.

Served cold.
